BMB are the initials of our surnames. We met photographing events: Denis and Luca in 2012, Giacomo in 2014. In 2015 we founded BMB together.

A couple seen at the end of a dark passage

We come from photojournalism, and at a wedding we do the same job: we watch, we wait, we never direct.

There are always two of us, all day long: one can be with the bride while the other is with the groom, and in church we move on tiptoe. We care about the couple and about the people they invited, because the people who matter to you end up in the photographs.

Since 2015 we have photographed more than 550 weddings, all over Italy and abroad. Within 14 days you get a private online gallery, then the 600-800 finished photographs arrive in a wooden box with 15 fine-art prints.

Denis Billi

Born in 1985, I picked up my first camera in 2008, almost by chance, and never put it down: at weddings, on the road, and in my own projects, like the Merano Grand Prix and Holy Land.

Luca Montaletti

I started photographing because of my father. His family pictures were simple, direct and warm, and they had something I could not explain. At weddings I am still looking for that: pictures that will hit you the same way twenty years from now.

Giacomo Bellavista

Born in 1989 and raised in Viserba, on the sea by Rimini. I photograph because it is the most interesting way I know to watch what happens. On my own I photograph my city in La mia Rimini and the people who work the land in Greda.

Not just the three of us

We work with a team of 20 professional photographers and filmmakers who tell weddings the way we do. That is how we can cover weddings in Bologna, Rimini, across Emilia-Romagna and the rest of Italy, and bring photography and film together on the same day.

Who are the photographers of BMB.photo?
Denis Billi, Luca Montaletti and Giacomo Bellavista: three friends who have photographed weddings in a reportage style since 2015, based between Bologna and Rimini, Italy. They work with a team of 20 professional photographers and filmmakers.
How many photographers come to the wedding?
Two photographers, from the moment you get ready until the end of the reception.
Where do you work?
Mostly in Bologna, Rimini and Emilia-Romagna, but we photograph weddings all over Italy and abroad.
Do you also film the wedding?
Yes: a 3-5 minute trailer and a 15-20 minute film, shot by BMB.video in the same style as our photographs. Film starts from €1.300, on top of the photography.
What do we receive?
A private online gallery within 14 days of the wedding, then 600-800 edited high-resolution photographs on a USB drive, in a personalised wooden box with 15 fine-art prints. Albums and film can be added.
Where do we find our wedding photos?
Within 14 days of the wedding we send you a private online gallery on gallery.bmb.photo: look for your names and enter the password we gave you. You can share it with family and friends. The finished photographs then arrive on a USB drive in the wooden box.
How much does wedding photography cost?
Photography starts from €1.700 and film from €1.300, plus travel expenses where needed. Tell us your date and place and we will send availability and a quote.
